In response to the significant interest in applying image and video processing in healthcare at the PSIVT 2023 conference, an AI for Healthcare Using Modern Image and Video Technology (AIHIVT 2024) workshop has been organised.
The integration of vision intelligence technologies into healthcare systems has the potential to revolutionise diagnostics, treatment, and patient care. The AIHIVT 2024 workshop aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and experts in computer vision, image processing, and healthcare to explore the latest advancements and applications in vision intelligence within healthcare contexts.
The workshop is organised by the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering within the School of Engineering, Computer, and Mathematical Sciences (ECMS) at Auckland University of Technology (AUT). AUT is a leading higher education institution in New Zealand, dedicated to innovation, creativity and academic excellence. The ECMS School, recognised for its cutting-edge research and teaching, provides an outstanding platform for interdisciplinary collaboration, connecting experts from various fields to develop pioneering solutions in image and video technology.

Call for papers
Paper submission and proceedings
All accepted papers will be published by Springer (formally accepted) as Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) proceedings.
Authors must use the provided templates to prepare their manuscripts. Accepted papers for publication should not exceed 14 pages, including references. It is important to ensure that your manuscript follows the guidelines provided by Springer. For detailed information on formatting, submission, and other requirements, please refer to the Conference Proceedings Guidelines.
